Considering she's only loped/cantered a few times under saddle, and that was in the fall. Until last Tuesday, I had only been in the saddle once since October.. by Thursday I had her loping out on the trail on a loose rein. Today I took her out, and she was being goosey and popping her bum up before we even left ... He has shown locally in the past, and is in search of a new rider to take him to where he deserves to go. He ties, shoes, trailers, trail rides, baths and more - nothing phases this guy. He goes walk/jog/lope under saddle relaxed, lunges and roundpens. Coon once injured his back foot, but since, has had much less issues, but requires shoes and reasonable footing (arena, grass, etc). Coon is a big boy, with a big heart to share with ... There is no need to be hostile towards those who think Jumping is cruel, or Western Pleasure is pointless, and so on. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
